Ensemble Kids ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information comes through ensemblekids.com, why, and how we handle it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you email us or register for a class, we receive your name, contact details, and the information you share about your child and their class. Our website host also collects standard technical logs (like browser type) to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your questions, run our classes, and communicate with you about your child's registration. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Who sees it

Only Ensemble Kids. Class registration and payment are processed by Studio Pro, our registration system, under their own privacy policy. We never see your full payment card details.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to serve your family and meet our legal and tax record requirements, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us.
